Lydia Ofori, CFA, CAIA, is Chief Executive Officer at Victoria Lion Partners where she leads the firm and selects managers for the investor community. Most of her day to day activities are cantered around discussing manager clients and strategies with viable professional investors. Lydia has more than 18 years industry experience, is a frequent speaker at industry events and was named finalist for the Investment Week Investment Woman of the Year Award (Small to Medium Business) 2019. Lydia is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder. She has completed executive education at Columbia Business School, New York. She holds a Masters (MSc) in financial management and an honours degree in business studies from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland.
Professor Tim Jenkinson
Professor of Finance, Director of Private Equity Institute and Partner @Saïd Business School, Oxford University and @Oxera
Tim Jenkinson is one of the leading authorities on private equity, IPOs, and institutional asset management. Tim is Director of the Oxford Private Equity Institute and one of the founders of the Private Equity Research Consortium. He teaches executive courses on private equity, entrepreneurial finance, and valuation. He is a frequent keynote speaker at specialist conferences and his research has won many awards, including the 2016 Harry Markowitz Prize, the 2015 Commonfund Prize and a 2014 Brattle Group Prize. Outside of academia, Tim is a partner at the economics consultancy, Oxera. He specialises in valuation, regulation, and finance, and he has been an expert witness in several high-profile cases. He has given evidence to the UK Treasury Select Committee on private equity and he was a Specialist Advisor to the Culture, Media and Sport Committee of the UK Parliament during their investigations into broadband provisions. He has also held board positions in several funds and companies
Dushy Sivanithy

Prior to joining CPPIB, Dushy was Head of Origination and Due Diligence for Rede Partners. Prior to that he was an LP for 15 years, the bulk of that time was with Pantheon where he sat on their investment committees for Europe and Emerging Markets. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in Investment Banking. Dushy holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Kings College London.
