Guen Dondé
Head of Research @Institute for Business Ethics (IBE)
Guen is Head of Research at the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE). She writes and researches on a range of business ethics topics at the IBE. Her most recent publications include the IBE Ethics at Work: Survey of Employees Report, aimed at assessing employees’ perception of ethics in the workplace in 12 countries worldwide and a Business Ethics Briefing on the implications of AI on business ethics. As part of her role at the IBE, she provides advice to organisations and reviews corporate codes of ethics and policies, as well as other aspects of organisations’ ethics programmes. Before joining the IBE, Guen collaborated with the inter-university centre for business ethics and corporate responsibility EconomEtica in developing the code of ethics for the Italian Association of Management Consultants as well as CSR Europe, a European CSR Business Network based in Brussels. Guen holds a Master’s degree in Business Ethics and CSR from the University of Trento (Italy).
Mehrzad Mahdavi

Dr. Mahdavi is a technology entrepreneur with focus on breakthrough digital transformation for the Fintech and the energy sectors. He is a recognized expert and frequent keynote speaker on application of AI, IoT, and Cloud computing in financial sector and industries. Dr. Mahdavi managed major global businesses in the energy sector. He is currently the executive director of the Financial Data Professionals Institute (FDPI), a non-profit organization founded with CAIA. Dr. Mahdavi is a trusted advisor for global 500 firms in the field of digital transformation. Prior to this position, he served as the Chief Digital Officer of Weatherford International. He also had and a 22-year career in Schlumberger in variety of technical and management positions. Mehrzad holds a PhD in Nuclear Science and Technology from the University of Michigan a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Kathryn Wilkens

Kathryn Wilkens, Ph.D., CAIA, is a curriculum advisor to the Financial Data Professional Institute. Her other professional activities include copy editing for the Journal of Alternative Investments, regularly contributing to Practical Applications, and providing subject matter expertise for Wiley's Efficient Learning Platform (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst exams). She is also a research associate with the Center for International Securities and Derivatives Markets at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Kathryn is the president and founder of Pearl Quest LLC, providing a host of research, operational and educational consulting services in the areas of investments and data science since 2011.
